Customer Service Administrator – Newton Aycliffe

Hey! We’re looking for someone super confident on the phone to join us to drive our customer satisfaction, outbound sales and be part of the admin team.

You will be doing admin, customer portals, and customer calls each day, some to existing customers who we’ve already visited, loads to our database directly to decision-makers and some general how did we do today calls.

We know the market well and the key to the role is building relationships with our customers.

So what will you be selling? Well something we think is pretty awesome, its something you probably never thought you’d be selling that’s for sure but we do it really well and have an amazing National reputation .. kinda makes it a lot easier.. oh yeah I nearly forgot we do pest control…. Different right 🙂

We’ve a really cool new open plan office at Aycliffe, we’re not a call centre. You’ll be working out of head office and part of a chilled out fun work team, we love to have fun and work! Music is always on the coffee is flowing and the pool table is there to be played.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

-Admin

-Outbound calling

-Inbound calling, including taking in orders, we’re going to give you an understanding of pest control and why we’re different.

-Data Input to our CRM systems.

-Sales lead management getting the tender opportunities to the right people

-General Administration

We really want to hit the ground running with this so looking for someone with a minimum 1 year operational experience in B2B telesales environment

• Professional, but we don’t mind a cheeky and confident telephone manner people buy from people and we love personality here.

• Self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude

• Drive to succeed in a B2B sales environment

• Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations

• Strong telephone manner, clarity, confidence to project offer over the telephone

• Proven track record in outbound telesales with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow ensuring financial sales objectives are delivered
