Congratulations Laura in your New Role
Contego, is excited to announce that our very own Laura Guthrie has been promoted to our Customer Service manager. This is a brand new role that has been created to help grow the business and continue our excellent reputation for customer service.
Laura joined Contego 3 years ago in the role of Business Support Administrator, having come to Contego with a wealth of administrative experience and sales support in previous roles. Laura over the years has shown a natural ability to build excellent trusting relationships with her customers and when the role of customer service manager was created, Laura was the obvious choice and the perfect fit for the role
Laura has an impeccable work ethic and only recently completed her GC NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration while working full time at Contego. Laura managed to complete her part time course within a mere 18 months instead of the usual 2 years due to her strong work ethic and dedication.
Laura had this to say about her new role,
€œI have enjoyed every minute at Contego and I am absolutely over the moon to have been promoted to Customer Service Manager. This isn't without a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, tears and being customer focused and ensuring Contego are delivering the best possible pest control service experience. I am looking forward to the challenges this new role brings and would like everyone to know that should they need me and I am only ever a phone call away.€
